Saturday I started off the holiday weekend running in my first run ever...a 15k!! I haven't really been training, but I have been running since October. I was back and forth whether to do it or not and finally Gentry and Colette convinced me to do it :) It was actually really fun and I am planning on doing it again next year. I was lucky to have Kayd run with me the whole time and that is the only reason he did it, so a big THANKS to Kayd. Also we had a big crowd cheering for us at the end. Thanks everyone for coming :) After the race I headed home for a warm tub and some Ibuprofen :) That night Colton, Taylor and I went to the movies to see Grown ups!

Sunday my dad, Colt, Taylor and I got up and went for a fun harley ride. We rode over to Brigham for breakfast at Burt's. Then we went out through Deweyville and over through Newton and up to La Tienda. We of course had to get some lottery tickets and Colt and I won $37!! Then we headed home for my dad to get to work :( That night we had a cookout at the Pulsiphers and fireworks.
Monday was of course the big Hyrum parade :) Josh headed to the movies with his family and I kept my niece Jocelyn and headed to the parade with the Pulsiphers. It was a hot parade and one of the longest ones I have ever been too!! We were also lucky to have grandpa come spend the day with us! That night we had the Hyrum fireworks and a party at our house. Lots of celebrating for the holiday and lots of fun :) I always hate going back to work after a long weekend!!

Wahoo! I'm am proud of you for running that far! Miss you lots and I'm jealous of the Harley ride!!!! I've been wanting to go for one for quite a while now and Justins never would start :( See you in a few weeks!
